January - Vitality
  • Go to the gym at least 3x per week
  • Floss 3x/week
  • Drink 1 glass of water per day
  • Go to sleep earlier
  • Toss, restore, organize (use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without)
  • 1 minute rule - don't postpone any task that can be done in less than one minute
  • Tackle a nagging task (finish CD project, cancel magazine subscriptions!)

  • Keep it simple.
  • Take a break.
  • Mom is always right.
  • You can't be mad when you're dancing.
  • Buy anything you want at the grocery store; cooking is always cheaper than eating out.

    Live freely.
    Be a light for others.
    Water time= happy time. Do it more often.
    Love is a gift so be gracious when it's given and realize you can't demand it just like you wouldn't demand any other gift.

    I love this project!! So excited to watch your journey and be your cheerleader along the way. You my little friend have inspired me to do something along these lines :)
